Ursuline’s Got Talent
On Friday 15th March, the children in Year 1 through to Year 6 took part in our annual school talent show. After making it to the final round by auditioning in their classes, 12 acts made it to perform in front of the whole school! Congratulations to Raphael Y6 who took first place! Gabrielle Y2 who took second place and Sunveer and Dylan Y4 who took third place. The Staff Band also performed for the children along with the orchestra’s inaugural performance of Coldplay’s ‘Viva La Vida’. Thanks to all who participated. Ursuline certainly does have talent! A special thanks to our guest judges, Mrs Ward and Mrs Burke. Pictures to follow at a later date!
The KS1 and KS2 Easter Service will take place on Tuesday 2nd April at 1:30pm, in SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Ilford. At this Service, we will be reflecting on the time of Lent and continuing our preparations for Easter. We would be very happy if you were able to join us for this very special occasion. If you wish to take your child directly from the church at the end of the service then you will be able to do so, otherwise the children will be brought back to school where After School Club will run as normal.

Year 2 trip to Shrek’s Adventure
Year 1 and Year 2 went to Shrek’s Adventure this week. Year 2 reported:- We had a great opportunity to bring story writing alive through drama. Using the basics of story writing the children used their knowledge to identify aspects of the Shrek Adventure as the beginning, middle and an end. The children also learnt how to use body language, facial expressions and movement to describe the different characters. We had a great fun filled day.
