Uniform in September
Pupils may come back in September wearing either their Summer uniform if the weather is hot or their winter uniform. All pupils must be wearing full winter uniform by Monday 23rd September for school photograph day. Stevensons will be in school on Wednesday 24th July 2-4pm should you need any.
Nursery trip to the London Aquarium
The children were very excited to go on our trip to the London Aquarium. This was to conclude our end of year topic focusing on the book ‘The Rainbow Fish’. On arrival they walked through a tunnel and saw a multitude of water amphibians swimming in the huge tanks. There were swordfish, sharks, jellyfish and they even touched the starfish! They watched avidly as a man swam around the tank ensuring that it was spotless for the fish. They were each given a checklist which they ticked each time they spotted a fish or shark. Their excitement grew as they approached the penguins and some of the children even tried to walk like them. They really had a great time and as always we would like to thank all our parent helpers for coming with us on our final trip!
Nearly new uniform
As we reach the end of term if you have any uniform that could be recycled please bring it in to the office and give it to Mrs Johnson. Please ensure it is clean and suitable for resale. All of our nearly new uniform for sale can be found on the rail outside the Reception classroom. Do take a look!
A big thank you to all who came to support our Prize Giving on Wednesday. The children in KS1 and choir performed beautifully! Huge congratulations to our new Head boy and Girl, Harjeet and Benita; our new deputies Michael and Skye and to our Prefects, Momo, Isabelle, Dhruv, Anjali, Arya and Kazmeraa.
